The price was what attracted me.
The breakfast was not up to my expectations.

This is a no frills hotel. If price is the only consideration, then this was a bargain.

Comforters had cigarette/seed burns in them (non-smoking room), drywall falling off walls.

Pretty run down, bedding had burned holes, and drywall fall off walls.

Located right on US Interstate 30.
Room was unclean and unsatisfactory; front desk staff were very rude.

Our room was very unsatisfactory (ants) and the pool was not used (even though local temperatures were over 100 degrees) because the water was 'green'. The hotel staff were were quite rude when confronted about the ants in the room. They accused us of having 'spilled something' to cause the ants.

Location to events; great hot water with pressure; clean.
Very little parking; not modern.

The price was good; the location was good and the motel room was clean. The room itself was not very eye appealing and it was very cold in the room--took the heater a long time to warm the room. There was no parking at all on my side of the motel. We had to carry luggage all the way around the building.
