The staff was incredibly accommodating. I don't remember breakfast being advertised, however, they have an excellent breakfast spread which was a really nice surprise.
The only thing that bothered me about this hotel was that it advertised an indoor heated pool, which I was excited about being that it's so cold outside. When I arrived at the hotel though, there was a sign stating that it was closed for maintenance.

My only negative comment would be that the linens were not ironed and quite wrinkly.

Very comfortable beds. Free full breakfast buffet.
Old, unattractive, no swipe locks on the back door so had to was VERY far to get to the room from the parking lot.

This hotel seems to have been "semi-renovated"; there is much more that should be done. Shower head at chest level, pipes exposed under the sink, wallpaper in the bathroom not cut to fit, comforters on the beds were "walmart" quality... Definitely not 3 star material.

The area was nice and convenient to food, shopping and things to do.
The ammenities were lacking!

I stay in hotels 2-3 times a month with my career as a photographer. This was the first time I had stayed at this hotel and will be the last. When I first arrived, I was placed in one room. When I went to that room, there was someone inside the room. I went back downstairs and told the staff at which time they switched my room. My second room, the TV did not work, very dark picture and would routinely turn itself off. The bed in this room was not made and the pillows looked as if someone had recently laid on them. There were only 2 pillows on the bed and both were very small. The bathroom had powder in the bathtub, which I assume was some sort of cleaner that had not been rinsed out. I ended up staying in Chambersburg longer than I originally expected but went to another hotel because I refused to stay another night in the hotel. ...read more

The staff was not honest when Priceline called to check on an error with the reservation. I had to call and make sure they called Priceline with the correct information.

Hotel shares parking with restuarant. Patrons of restaurant use spaces for hotel. Could not find parking until 2 hours after check in

The in-wall Heat AC Unit was quiet and did not interfere with sleep, like they so often do. Free bottle or two of water in room. Free Internet. Free Breakfast. Staff and service outstanding.
Fitness room was a small room with little in it.

A very pleasant place to be, greatly exceeded expectations. Everything was included to make it a great place to stay while in the area for multiple days.
