The hotel has a greate gym and swimming pool too. They also have a great rooms and a good location.
The hotel located in Chicago downtown and that was wonderful. It has a cleaned rooms and a very respectful staff and they are lovely.

It was nice, clean, had a couch.
The parking cost was way too high. Some of the door slides to the closet seemed a bit messed up. No free breakfast.

Location to my job and location to shopping and food.
My room was not properly cleaned; the response time of the front desk staff prevented me from complaining.
This is a wonderful hotel - the pool is clean, the lobby is inviting and the proximity to the great shopping and food around Rush and Michigan Avenue is outstanding. The cleanliness of the room shocked me as I have stayed several times; I am sure this is not typical of this establishment and after contacting the hotel they quickly apoloigzed and addressed my concern.
