Hotel Guest Reviews of the Four Points By Sheraton Downtown Seattle Center

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Good location, hotel was very clean, front desk staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast food was good, however service was very slow. Also, underground parking is not included, you have to pay separate (15.00).

It's near some great cafes and dining like Crow
The airconditioning was loud every time it came on.

It is close to the space needle and a few cafes and restaurants but there's some construction going around the area. Great and helpful staff nonetheless.

There's no pool.

Construction happening on route 99 by hotel, so no buses stop on Merced and Aurora.

One extremely slow elevator. Always crowded, always a long wait for it to arrive, and often sharing it with staff with huge carts of laundry. Lots of construction, traffic jams, and closed sidewalks in the area made it difficult to walk to attractions.

staff was friendly
construction was MAJOR in the area and made it hard to drive

Hotel was all we expected. Nice common areas and rooms. Staff more friendly than most. Food was wonderful.

The best part--free street parking and free wifi.
The rooms could use more light.

We only stayed one night while visiting family in the Belltown area. It was just a few minutes away by car but a much better price point than a downtown hotel or the few in Belltown. Absolutely nothing wrong with the hotel just not as fancy as those others. But I would much rather have a clean roomy place to sleep than a fancy lobby.

Breakfast / the dining staff was outstanding.
It was a little farther from downtown than I would have liked.

Nice hotel, nice rooms, but nothing special. I feel like I could have gotten a nicer hotel for the price.

Large rooms & restroom. Nice tv & heating and A/C Unit. Very quiet & comfy bed.
Our GPS couldn't locate it and the check in time was a wait.

I love that i stayed there for 4 nights & was able to find free street parking every day. Plus, there's room service.

The rooms were nice. The staff were terrible. When we got there the front desk person waved his hand at us because he was busy writing an email and then proceede to loudly complain to his coworkers and himself and a terrible guest. Long story gets worse.
continued from the like- we were told wed have to change hotels. when we asked about the proximity to the venue we were attending that night the other clerk LIED to us an told us it was only a mile farther away when in fact it was 7 ( we were walking).

terrible. I wish I could get my money back the service was so horrible. the rooms were clean though.

From our room, very noisy at night. You can hear all the noise outside, people talking, doors banging, people walking, etc. Room noise insulation may be so bad. We were put in the 1st floor.

Do not get room in the 1st floor. You will not be able to sleep due to the noise.
