Hotel Guest Reviews of the Four Points By Sheraton French Quarter

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Fabulous location and perfect size hotel - easy to get in and out into the action.
If you do not want to hear the sounds of Bourbon Street do not stay in the French Quarter. We could hear music but the hotel was pretty quiet and we slept well!

Really nice staff and great location. Step outside and you are in the middle of all the acton, Beds were comfortable and the old building was charming.

The staff was extremely rude, the location is very noisy, and the pool was closed for a wedding when we were staying at the hotel so we were unable to use many of the amenities offered by this hotel. I will never book this hotel again.

The location was great. The price was right. The room was nice. Wish we could have stayed longer. If the weather was warmer, would have liked to use the pool. Would like to stay again.

The staff was unbelievable and the location is great. The beds were soft and inviting and unlike other hotels in this type of venue, it was not noisey here.
I was not able to visit the restaurant during my time. It would have been nice but there were so many great restaurants close by, I just didn't have the time.

I can not think of a single con about this hotel, from the valet, bellman, maids, and other hotel staff, it was great. I would just warn people with reservations that if you have a car you need to come to the entrance on Toulouse not the Bourbon st address. Make sure that you get the address for the parking area before you go so you don't waste alot of time in case bourbon street is blocked off. ...read more

The location, parking, and service were all excellent.
My soap dispensor in the bathroom was empty, and I found the bathroom a tad small.

Excellent location for strolling the quarter, clean, clean, clean, rooms and common areas, parking is perfect, come up rampart to toulouse and turn right into the valet...unbeatable...will definitely return.
