The location is what we wanted and the staff were great.
Parking was extra and was unexpected. I couldn't compare rates before booking and found the CAA rate for the night was actually cheaper but because of using this company could not be changed. I could not get my star points because of using this company.
The hotel was fine for its class. Nothing special - just clean and convenient.

The staff were nice, and the rooms large, and super comfy beds!!!!
Parking!!! There was no parking in the parking area, even after we paid for parking, we ended up using staff parking area, after driving around for 20 mins in the parking area!

Spacious, quiet and Clean Comfortable bed.
Grout in the bathroom needs repair but it was still clean.
Within walking distance from waterfront shops and bars. Clean and quiet. I would definitely stay there again.

The room we were in faced a restaraunt/night club. It didn't bother me, but my friend had a hard time sleeping because she could hear the music.Hard to find a parking space!

Good location, very comfortable bed helpful concierge, and quiet. Reception staff were friendly and helpful.
Parking was an added expense to the cost of the room and the pass card never did work. Had to call the front desk coming and going. Room too warm.
Arrived during a power outage which complicated things. We were up graded to a lovely room. Did not eat at the hotel due to so many lovely restaurants in Halifax. Staff were very helpful with our questions. Had an early flight at 0535 hours. so asked for the receipt to put under the door. Did not receive it so left without it. Pillows, duvet and mattress were first class. Would stay there again when visiting Halifax. ...
