I can't review the hotel because I didn't stay in the room. I realized as soon as I booked this hotel that I had booked it for the wrong Saturday night. I called immediately to switch the nights and received the worst customer service I have ever received from any company. I will never use Priceline.com again and will recommend to others that they don't either. I simply wanted to change my reservation to another night - it didn't even have to be at the same hotel. Being next to a small airport and highway,the rooms were quiet. All the services worked as indicated.
The pool was open but the hot tub was out of order with no reason givin.

The hotel is aging but is in pretty good shape. The rooms are clean and spacious. The location is pretty good. Near restaurants and shopping. Good highway access. The restaurant was not very good. The breakfast food was below par. Otherwise it was a decent stay.

How nicely appointed it was. Tremendous value!
I wish the bar was open longer.

I have heard other reviews talking about loud rooms, but I didn't experience that at all. They were super accommodating. My wife went down to ask for a shower cap and some pillows and before she got back to the room they had already delivered some extra pillows. Everything was clean and well put together. I have to say the lobby and public areas are maintained better than the rooms, but I get the impression they are working on that.It is definitely the best hotel in the area and could be a top tier in any location. Comfortable room with small fridge, helpful staff, excellent location central to our needs.
Dial was broken on heat unit. Told housekeeping about it but it was never fixed. We went into the dining room for lunch, but found it was like an icebox, so decided to leave and go elsewhere.

The Hotel was beautiful and had some great amenities. Hotel restaurant and bar serves great food at really good prices. Free Wigi in rooms. Very conviently located!
The pool was closed when I stayed there. The front door was broken, so guests had to enter through Restaurant entrance. The comforter on my bed had a stain and the floor had what appeared like a blood/wine stain.

The hotel is in a great location. There's free parking, free wifi in rooms and walking distance from a few stores, food, gas, etc. about 20 drive from NH Peasant Mall (no sales tax). Location location location!

Restaurant in hotel served excellent food.
Nothing in particular. Hallway carpeting could use a little attention as it appears stretched causing it to bump up in areas and trim could stand a little paint to freshen its appearance.

Easy access to and from highway and close to shopping and a multitude of food establishments.

The rooms were comfortable.
It was not terrible, but the hotel could use a renovation. The wall paper, carpets, doors, color scheme were all pretty old and dated.
