I really loved the bed and bedding, it was the most comfortable rest I have gotten in a long time. The hotel was clean throughout.
The constant noise from airplanes overhead was a little disruptive, the windows did not appear to be dual paned, I could even hear people wheeling their luggage entering the hotel.

This hotel is very close to the airport as well as an amazing Thai restaurant called "Ayara". It isn't too far a drive to the beach either. The hotel has a rental car facility with very friendly staff on the lower level. There is a very nice pool, lobby, and patio area. And the hotel staff is very professional and nice. Location was great, but the hotel room was below our expectation
We always book through price line but this time the room that was given was in a corner and seemed like a motel room, we were disappointed

This stay worries us to book through priceline again as we were not satisfied with the room at all,

the staff was the best thing about the hotel. very friendly and helpful.
the was no refrigerator in the room, the lotion and shampoo etc was not very good.

The room and bed is very comfortable, the facilities in room are all working great. Location is awesome for price you pay. Parking facilities are outstanding.
The helpdesk is so busy and they don't quite give courtesy due to that. The microwave facility is in an isolated room where workers rest so it is a very creepy and dangerous. No microwave in room. Too many public events no privacy sometimes.

Overall average.

The room was clean and staff was incredibly nice.
Yes!! There were an excess of hidden fees. When I booked the trip on Priceline my total was XXX. I ended up paying over $100 more! Final bill was XXX. This is just utterly ridiculous. Beginning to realize Priceline likes to lie to their customers.

Hotel was very clean. Two meh restaurants in the lobby. Staff was very nice. There are many hidden fees with this hotel, though. You're going to pay AT LEAST 30-40% more than what you book the room at. There is a $21 per day parking fee, a 15-17% sales tax, tourism fees, city tax, etc. all of this is in incredibly small print and is never outright communicated to you when booking. I ended up paying over $100 more for the hotel (3 night stay) than what I booked it for. When I booked the hotel Priceline said my total would be XXX. I ended up paying XXX! Total false advertising. Nice place, would consider staying again, but be sure to budget much more than the Priceline quote. Seems they're in the business of lying to you to get your reservation. ...read more
