Hotel Guest Reviews of the Four Points By Sheraton Manhattan Soho Village

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The late check out was key!
My boyfriend's passport went missing. We hope it was simply lost and not taken while the bag was in storage.

The hotel was what we needed and it was great having a late check out.

Great staff, clean and comfortable bed.
The room was very small and the bathroom was tiny!

Close to the train. Good location.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean and nice. Ok fitness centre. Close to nice parts of Soho.
The WIFI in my room was slow, and aircon was a little bit too noisy (had to turn it off to sleep).

Within i few blocks you have everything you need, from a selection of cafes and restaurants to all the shops in the world (almost). Just walk towards Broadway and you'll find it all.

Valet parking was $55 but there was no valet. Had to park five blocks away. Tremendous construction next door starting at 7:30 a.m. and running all day. Lots of noise.

great location if you want that area. no view at all.

The location is fantastic, the rooms were clean and attractive, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
The restaurant is not great. There are many nicer, cheaper options nearby that don't automatically add a big "service charge" to the bill.

This hotel is a great base from which to explore the neighborhoods around, and is 2 blocks from a subway station. The rooms are clean and modern, although a bit cramped (not by NYC standards, though). It's a great value, and a good choice if you are picky about cleanliness and convenience but don't much care to pay extra for great views or boutique-y character. The breakfast is unremarkable and expensive relative to other nice options within walking distance of the hotel. We would definitely stay there again. ...read more

The hotel was clean and relatively quiet
The staff were hit and miss. Some were excellent and super helpful. Others were idiots. Housekeeping kept forgetting various things when making up our room- eg coffee one day, towels the next.

Overall an excellent place to sleep in Manhattan especially for the price. Clean and fairly quiet.

Truly convenient location

Great value for a great location. I would have probably stayed somewhere nicer if I went with my girlfriend, but for 1 night in town by myself (went up for a birthday party), this was perfect.
