The beach and pool area was beautiful.Front desk was very friendly.
The front entrance was very cramped and congested. When we arrive at our room, the cleaning cart was still in front of it. Made us think that the room was not completely clean. The porter went in and flushed the toilet.Not a good sign.Noisy in front
Ask for a room away from the front. It is very noisy early in the morning. Valet parking was good and convenient.Take advantage of the beautiful beach and pool area. Make sure you know where you are going before you venture out. Traffic is crazy in Miami and the drivers are very rude.Lots of horn blowing. On Collins you have to go to the far, far right lane to turn left. Took us a while to figure this out:)Food is great in Miami. ...

Helpful, friendly staff; right on the beach (would have preferred to be on South Beach, however)
The fact that we had to pay $25 a day for parking, ATM in lobby was out of order

Junior suite was perfect for the occasion.
Didn't like the fact to get to pool needed to go through lobby.
Staff was great. Beautiful lobby
and restaurant. Pool could use a little work. But really enjoyed it. Would go back.
