The staff at the front desk were very helpful.
The hotel had a lot of street noise that came into the room.
Overall, the hotel is a good hotel. The front desk staffing was very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable although it did pick up street sounds. We were in a room on the back side of the hotel which was very noisy. We moved to a room to the front side of the hotel and it was much quieter, although street noise could still be heard.

Clean, cool and comfortable. Price was good. Good location to see old city, a little far from bus station. Cabs are cheap though.

Hotel made guests pay for features which should be actually included in room price.
This hotel was too expensive for what was offered. On top of that, they charged extra for use of the pool and even for ironing! The breakfast was also overpriced. Not the level of service I would expect from a Starwood hotel.

Rooms are well appointed, flat screen TV, a/c works well, nice size bathrooms and courteous and friendly staff.
