Hotel Guest Reviews of the Four Points By Sheraton New Orleans Airport
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.June 11, 2013

Driving up to Hotel the outside color made it look old, but dont let that fool you. Overall hotel was great. Location to airport, airport shuttle. Room was good. Hallway colors old as well.

We did enjoy the stay, we would have been happier with a larger room not so close to the elevator. Very friendly staff. Please give option of all foam pillows for those of us who are allergic.

its good for an overnight stay. they did not have a microwave or refridgerator in the room. the button to flush the toilet with was in a wierd place (on the side and you pushed the handle in). room was clean. staff was friendly. since the hotel did not offer a continental breakfast, I do not reccommend buying the food. Too expensive! The pool was fun for the kids. the hotel served its purpose since we only stayed one night. ...

The hotel was about 10-12 min from downtown & was central from everything else such as the mall and outlet. Good & safe location. Staff was very friendly. I would stay here again if I had too.

This hotel is very easy to get to at a major I-10 intersection and there are many restaurants in the area. It's very easy to get to the airport or to downtown. Parking seemed limited and the back of the hotel desolate, but the high fence around the entire property helped provide a sense of security. This place really needs a keyed rear entrance for guests as it is a long walk to the front. The balcony for every room was a nice surprise. The beds are very comfortable, even though queens would be much nicer than doubles. The toilet flushed VERY quietly and in an average hotel room, that is a plus. ...
