The lowest end of the pool was three feet so the younger kids always had to be held instead of wading.

Couldn't even find a parking spot ! Customer service was rude and asked to park on street... No toiletries in bathroom !

Shuttle to the airport was convenient for travel downtown on the L. Staff was friendly, everything was clean. Parking was free and many spots were available.
The room set up is a little strange. There were no dresser drawers in our room, just open shelves.

Free breakfast would have been great...

For the price I paid on Priceline, it was definitely good quality for the money! Rooms are small but who really cares when you need an airport hotel for one night! The courtesy shuttle picked me up and I was sleeping on the comfortable bed in no time!

hotel was fine the glishstaff barely spoke english. the shuttle bus driver was rude if you did not tip him.
the shuttle bus driver was not very nice. it was like he was doing a favor for you and not his job.... people at front desk not very helpful it was as if you were bothering them for checking in. did not tell you anything about the hotel

room not as nice as the four points in downtown chicago...had a king size bed, but only 2 pillows were provided, had to request two more.

ony stayed here for the priceline rate of xxx....the room was more of a two star quality than a three star hotel rateing.

Clean rooms and carpets, hot whirlpool, pool with deep end, but outdated pool area, comfy pillows, fairly nice staff, bumpy ride on the shuttle, and there's a subway and a gas station close by.

There was nothing within walking distance of the hotel other than a gas station that had a Subway and a Dunkin Donuts in it.

proximity to the airport, pool & hot tub, business center, room was very nice, allowed to check in an hour early
Left charger in room on first leg of the trip, called later that day and was told to call back, had to call the desk a number of times over three day period before object was recovered. Also, small mirror left in room was not recovered.

Other than the problem with the lost and found, everything else was excellent.
