I like the room, the spacious parking lot, the staff, the lobby and the location.
In Priceline the rooms are offered for up to 4 persons. How can 3 or 4 persons are going to fit and a queen size bed? If you ask for a two double bed rm. there is additional charge. When one is buying or bidding for a room, there should be an anottation f

The hotel in general is a very nice one. The staff, the rooms, the lobby and public spaces, the paking lot and the location (in my case), are outstanding. I would not think twice to register in this hotel again if I go again to San Antonio, TX.

Nice hotel and good location if you are spending time at La Cantera mall. Otherwise, it is pretty far away from everything.

The decor stood out from the rest; it was very new and attractive
Tiny pool that was closed the first day and too crowed to use the third day; no trash cans in the lobby

Very pleasant hotel; would stay here again. The strange one way access drive was odd and made driving dificult, the total lack of trash cans in the lobby and around the front and back doors and the small size of the pool are the only negative things I can think of for this hotel (and truly these things were minor irratants).

Very rude staff.

Hotel was difficult to find and parking was difficult. I was traveling with my children and they would not switch us to a 2 bed room, they left us with one King size bed.
