Hotel Guest Reviews of the Four Seasons Hotel Houston
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.January 3, 2013

When I checked in the agent front desk offered a upgrade to a studio for $250. I asked "$250 plus tax a night all together." He replied, Yes. and I agreed to the upgrade. He then printed my registrar and wrote $250 with a pen next to the computer printed $179 rate had negotiated on the registrar. Little did I know he was adding these totals up in his head for a rate of $429. Why he didn't say the rate was $429 or scratch out $179 and write $429? I don't know. The room was worth the money. When I was checking out another agent was on the phone for about 5 minutes before he gave us a thumbs up to leave and took our keys. I wish I would have been able to review my bill and talk to management because I called to get my money back with no success. I am not a complainer usually, but I feel like I was tricked into the upgrade and I even tipped the guy $20 bucks because I thought he was doing me a favor.

Spacious room, comfortable beds, super convenient to convention site, very friendly staff. No coffee maker in room. Food too expensive, guests do not get priority for reservations.
