The hotel provided easy, friendly, supportive service at every turn . . . from parking the car to checking in to handling bags to dining.

The ease with which we could drive into and out of a city was especially good, thanks to the location of this hotel. The neighborhood is beautiful, artsy, well appointed with interesting shops and restaurants, and easy to navigate on foot. Inside the hotel is great too, as one would expect of the Four Seasons brand in any locale.

Great Name
Had a scheduled power shut down and did not give any of the guests who arrived before 4pm ANY notice. They said that meant no food after 6pm too. Also, I inquired and it is standard for them to call you back five minutes after you try to order room serv.
Service from A-Z was much lower then to be expected from a Four Seasons.

The hotel had a friendly and helpful staff. Good location to walk to train station and to restaurants in Rittenhouse Square.
Our room was next to stairway/elevators. The next room had children who cried all night so we did not sleep well. No complimentary coffee/tea in the room, everything you had to "buy". No complimentary breakfast. Bathroom soap/shampoo was limited.

Helpful staff. Comfortable and clean room. Very good dining and breakfast.Beautiful artwork all around.
A wedding reception was in progress, which blocked us out of the afternoon tea area.One or two little things wrong with the room (mattresses were sloping and needed turning; sink was partially blocked; bedside light switch was not working properly).
A very nice place but expensive.

The atmosphere was classy and elegant. The service was spectacular.
Parking was not included.
This stay is a luxury experience. The Fountain Restaurant served a wonderful breakfast to us and our guests in honor of my husband's bithday and included little touches like balloons and petit fours with a candle. The staff couldn't have been more pleasant. We were able to have a late check-out, leave our luggage at the front desk and leave our car parked until 6 p.m. on the day of check-out. ...
