Couple
We like the setup of the room that included the kitchen and washer/dryer. The hotel was located near the train and subway stations, department stores, cinemas and restaurants! Most importantly, the hotel staff was awesome!

Overall, the hotel was nice. After moving around so much, it was nice to come to a place that felt like you were staying at a small home versus a hotel. The bathroom could use some work since it felt like a hospital bathroom and not a hotel bathroom. The stereo and washer were a great addition. A fully stocked kitchen was really convenient. I liked the closet space as well as the furniture, especially the sofa and chairs. The bed was comfortable and great pillows.

Convenient location arriving from either Kansai or Itami airport. Helpful staff. Convenient but simple breakfast menu.
