Group Traveler
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone because the staff was very unfriendly. They didn't seem to want to help resolve or problems.
Staff could only say; "I'm sorry, there is nothing I can do for you." There was no phone book in the room, the phone in the room didn't work. I asked for a refund and he said I would have to take that up. It has been a week and I have not received my refund. I don't think I should have to pay for something that was very poor standards. We stayed 20 minutes and was charged for a 2 night stay. ...

Staff was arrogant and unhelpful. The hotel looked very run down. Could not turn the heat off and it was very hot the entire night. The bathroom needed a good cleaning and the ceilings was very low in the shower. The continental breakfast was not acceptable and we didn't even partake of it.

Family Traveling with Teens
Worst place ever. There was bugs, no cable, hot tub didn't work, swimming pool was cold. No one needs to stay at this hotel. I want my money back.

I did not like the hotel at all except for the fact that, I was able to find a room on a busy night. It was very rundown and I am not blowing it out of proportion at all. I would not recommend staying in this hotel. Our room was stained yellow from cigarette smoke. We had wires hanging out of the wall where the thermostat used to go, there were stains all over the carpet, and the sink was falling through the counter top. ...

Family Traveling with Teens
Terrible place. You should remove it from your providers. Coffee was horrible in room and dining room. I dumped my room pot out; the first time ever I have dumped out hotel coffee. First room entry key door did not work. Staff gave me new cards and it still did not work. The second room smelled horribly of smoke and the furniture was faded. Nothing good about this hotel.

Good location, comfortable room, adequate TV, adequately clean although showing its age in places, good service, Continental breakfast was at least average. Pool could be a real plus for a family.
