Hotel Guest Reviews of the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 16, 2013

Great overall service and friendliness. Hotel super clean-- never saw anything dirty or needing repair. Valet parking people were so nice as well as speedy--loved the name tags that say where they are from. I was there with my mother and adult daughter and we all truly enjoyed the experience.

Great place to stay - an experience - can catch buses all over = some for a fee - great for conventions and really close to Grand Ole Opry

Buyer beware. Your Priceline bid should take into account exorbitant small print additional charges. The facility is nice and you will be impressed by the granger but the size does make for long walks to amenities within the space.

Grand 'ol Opry staff was fabulous, hotel lobbies & indoor gardens were simply spectacular. Our only major complaint was that the rooms were very small, only one sink, no separate tub, etc. For the money they really should renovate, enlarge and upgrade the bathrooms. We did not eat there as the restaurants were VERY expensive ($20 plus for b'fast). We did take the dinner cruise on the Gen. Jackson riverboat - the show was terrific and the crew wonderful, but the food was absolutely inedible. The hours overdone 'round steak' hockey pucks would not even have qualified as pot roast. They offered an alternate pasta meal, but we were not advised upon ordering of its availability and it had to be made up special when we could not eat the 'steak'. Take the cruise - beware the dinner! ...

It was located a little out of the way from Downtown, but nothing a short drive or shuttle bus could achieve. I enjoyed the Conservatory Bar, and some of the other watering holes inside. The bed was comfortable, shower was nice, enjoyed the hot tub outside and the expansive walkways inside.
