Great historic hotel. Great service. Highly recommended although a bit too far to walk to downtown or the Georgia Dome.

The hotel is one of Atlanta's historic hotels. The reception after Gone with the Wind premiered was held there. It is across the street from the fabulous Fox Theatre and would be a great place to stay for one of their events. There are good restaurants near by and in the hotel. It is near Crawford Long Hospital. It is easy to find, parking onsite, clean and comfortable with good flat screens, wireless internet and TV channel selections. There is a wonderful view from the top. I am already planning a stay there when I take my granddaughter to the Nutcracker at the Fox over Christmas. ...

From the moment we arrived, the staff was simply the BEST. I couldn't be more pleased with the entire staff. James opened our car door, and never left us until we were in our room. He also was there all weekend to hail cabs and help with any of our needs. Fojan, at the front desk, was both engaging and efficient. She is truly an asset to the Georgian Terrace, as a matter of fact, everyone we had contact with was a great ambassador for the Hotel. Coming back from a long day, and night out at a concert, I stopped by the front desk to ask for an extra blanket, and they were on our floor waiting for us by the time we got off the elevator! I could not have enjoyed my birthday weekend any more, and would truly like to thank the entire staff for their kindness. ...
