Hotel Guest Reviews of the Gold Coast Hotel And Casino

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Cost.
Had bed bugs. I have welts all over. As soon as we checked out of the Gold Coast, I stopped getting the welts. Loved the room and hotel, but not willing to chance it again.

Pool area was fun. Not real crowded and protected from the wind.

Yes helpful staff, clean and wonderful rooms
I enjoyed avert thing, Las Vegas charges 3.50 a day for a shuttle. Would have been helpful to know that.

This hotel was priced very nicely. I enjoyed the atmosphere. Rooms were great, pool was great, fitness area was very nice.

The staff was phenomenal. Very helpful, friendly, and courteous. They get a 10/10, A+!
Everything smelled like smoke in the room. The windows did not open, so there was no way to get ventilation. The buffet was "OK."

It's pretty old. If you want a place to just lay your head down at night that's close to the Palms or Rio, this is perfect. It's not a place to hang out at, nor eat meals at. The staff was incredible.

Upgraded rooms are great.
Not really.

With the room update, I'll stay here again.

Room was redone recently - not bad! But the designer who thought shower cab just needs a vertical pane of glass to keep water in cab is silly - no shower curtain. But then he doesn't have to clean up spillage does he! Not a good design!(my humble opinion)
I needed an extra night layover in LV & took a express deal & got Gold Coast,(anticipated something else), which wasn't bad but I know I cud have done better.Room I got was at extreme end of a hallway that was a mile long (it seemed)naturally!

The hotel put us in smoking when we asked for non smoking. Ppl were rude. Food at steakhouse made us sick
The restrooms were all far from everything.

Helpful staff.
We were very disappointed that we were not booked into a non-smoking room.We had to take a smoking room on a smoking floor. Also, the toilet and water pressure in the toilet was not good at all.

Not much.
Loud, smokey, uncomfortable mattress, terrible pillows, and noisy rooms. Thin walls. I couldn't sleep. We could hear the 18 wheelers outside our window throughout the night. It was awful. Will never go again.

The hotel front desk charged me 12% tax on top of my $3 daily resort fee. When I was trying to figure out why the math didn't add up, the guy who charged me, the front desk supervisor no less, quickly disappeared. I figured out later this is illegal. It was a fitting end to a miserable stay.

Location was convenient & the room remodeling made a difference.
View from room into an alley & apartments wasn't so appealing

This was a great value for the money. Location is convenient to the strip and the hotel/casino offers plenty of things to do itself. It is also right across the street from The Palms where there is an excellent movie theater.

The staff was extremely courteous and polite not something that is normal in Las Vegas. The hotel is easy to get in and out of. The rooms are clean and it is quiet.
