Helpful, friendly staff was very accomodating. The lobby is breathtaking, and the food presentation in the restauarant is amazing. They do it right!
Like most Mexican hotels, their house shampoo leaves a little to be desired, but the oatmeal soap was a pleasant surprise.
The Ancira is one of the most desirable locations in the Zona Centro, just a short walk to Morelos and all the shops, restaurants and sights. No need for a car here, as everything is within walking distance. Wireless available throughout the hotel, and a great business center with several computers always available. If your Spanish is a little rusty, most of the desk staff speaks English. ...
