Hotel Guest Reviews of the Grand Beach Inn
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.April 24, 2013

Other than the price of the room and the promixity to the beach/ocean....i would not have any reason to recommend this motel to anyone.

The rug was not vacuumed and it was stained; the shower and sink were dirty. There were cigarette burns on the night stand on the bureau and on the blanket. The room was suppose to be non-smoking. I did not stay at the grand beach inn, because of the above issues. I chose to drive 3 hours to home!!! Not recommended for anyone who likes a clean room to sleep in!!!

Great location, but needs updating and needs upkeep on vending machines.

Except the location, there was nothing positive with this room. There was mold on the shower curtain, the room was smelly, there were no towels in the room (staff was friendly enough to bring some to our room).

I will not pay 200 dollars for this room. It is walking distance to the beach.

The location is great - far enough from the center of town to be quiet yet close enough. Great beach access by using the public access. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, the rooms were sub par. The carpeting (both in the room and on the balcony) was water-logged and smelly. The sheets were literally gray...The bed spread was threadbare. The chairs were soiled. If it weren't for the fact that we were traveling with a child and it was one of the last rooms available in town, we would not have stayed there. ...
