The room was spacious.
Staff was a bit rude when checking in.

Interaction with your guest should be great. Front desk at time of check in was not polite. That changes my whole experience even if the hotel is super nice.

Artisitic, trendy, and a stones throw from the convention center and downtown bar areas. Food at the restaurant was outstanding.

This hotel was fantastic from soup to nuts! Excellent service. The restaurant is a definite. If I visit the area I will come to the restaurant even if I am not staying here.

The yappy dog on our floor.

My husband and I stay here whenever family comes into town to babysit our kids...so about three times a year. We love the location and the staff. Ivy at the lounge is a delight. The hotel is always clean and comfortable.

Hotel was nice and in a great location. Beds were comfortable and the overall room was comfortable.
I'm being picky, but the room could have been cleaner... The tissue dispenser was very dirty.

Overall, the hotel was great. If I had to be picky about one thing it would have been the dirty tissue dispenser. Something so easy to take a few seconds to wipe it down clean. Hotel is within walking instance to restaurants and lake.

No free Wi-Fi, no fridge without asking. A little dark, like a modern Shining hotel.
