Staff and location. Hotel is a couple of blocks from the Central Train Station in Amsterdam.
Very little closet or drawer space to unpack.
Great location and friendly staff.

Location was great. Concierge was very helpful with any requests. Liked the free mini bar.
On site restaurants were too expensive for casual eating such as breakfast/lunch.
Beautiful rooms and great location. A nice quiet respite in the middle of a bustling city and during a busy tour day. Breakfast included would have been beneficial if at a reasonable rate. Evening restaurant was empty so need to improve the desire to eat within the hotel, probably just too expensive for a healthy, but not elaborate meal. Concierge service was excellent and helpful(renting bikes, booking tours.)
