Safe, good service, has what Im looking for to get away from the stress
They could not use my Visa Debet card for room charges
Clean, safe, great staff. I can pretty much stay there and not worry about being bothered.

Great room on 31st floor. Lobby bar.
Not many staff speaks English.
Overall the hotel was great. Not many people on staff spoke English, but I would stay again and had no problems.

Comfort in a city of less than plenty.
Front desk was slow during check-in.
This hotel is the only civilized hotel in all of TJ. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone heading across the border and not heading further south.

The hotel had a beautiful golf course and a sport book.
My mini bar wasn't open and they couldn't find the key. They did bring up another mini bar.
For being in Mexico the hotel was outstanding to stay at. Plenty of people spoke English and very helpful.

I was far away from the tourist shopping area.

Good breakfast buffet included in price. Very clean.
The buffet seemed not well attended by patrons and there to much food seemed kept too long.
Elegant lobby. Good quality rooms. Location not too far from important tourist attractions and shopping.
