We have stayed in atlanta many times over the past 10 years, and this is by far the best place to stay. Clean, spacious, attractive, quiet, universally friendly, helpful staff, and excellent location.
Parking was expensive, but that's Atlanta! The doorman was able to direct us to the least expensive parking deck.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I had to call down to the front desk on multiple occasions for items that I needed and they were always courteous. I felt very welcome.
No, I enjoyed it.
While this hotel seems to be targeted at business travelers, I enjoyed it even though I was there for leisure. The room is spacious and very clean, the hotel's location is perfect, and the staff is extremely welcoming. My husband and I were very pleased with our visit.

Hotel itself was fine. Didn't have much interaction with staff (used kiosk). Room had dirty towels and overall was not cleaned thoroughly (glass and hard surfaces filmy). Valet staff moved car seat (did not put back... erg) and changed radio station.

Great room with a great view. Very clean room. The staff was very professional and polite.
There was a wait of over 30 minutes for the courtesy car.
Have stayed at this hotel several times in the past. Very nice hotel.

Elegantly decorated, attentive, friendly and helpful staff, easy access to area. Very nice hotel with stately charm and nice views, inside and out. The lounge area was extremely pleasant for conversation, coffee or cocktails.
The extra costs were too high. $32/night for valet parking and $20/night for self parking. the WiFi internet should be no charge if using one's own computer, instead of $10.95/night. And $4.00 for a $0.35 bottle of water is a bit extreme as well.
This was a fabulous hotel with a large variety of comfort levels, from standard to semi-palatial. The staff is extraordinary and the amenities upscale. There is a complimentary hotel car that will take you anywhere within a 2 mile radius so that was nice. Just be aware that the extra costs were high: $32/night for valet parking and $20/night for self parking (I had 2 cars also!). The WiFi internet was $10.95/night. And bring your own water....$4.00 for a $0.35 bottle of water is a bit extreme. However, this is now our new "home" in Atlanta because we now know how to indulge intelligently! Highly recommend! ...
