Hotel Guest Reviews of the Grand Hyatt Atlanta
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 3, 2013

This is a great hotel that you can get for an amazing price, at least I did. I would have been very happy to pay double the price I was able to secure my room for. Really, amazing deal!!! Best ever!!

A basic 4 star hotel with great location. Only the location separates it from a 3+ star.

The hotel was very upscale and well designed. The elevators were classy, the room was very tastefully decorated and the pillows were very comfortable. I wanted to stay an extra day just to relax longer. My favorite part of the room was the clock radio that had a built in aux plug, which allowed me to listen to pandora from my phone.

Overall, it's a nice lookin hotel, but under te facade, there are some issues. The rooms are dusty, the staff is not terribly polite, and the valet takes forever. The location was perfect for my needs and the price was great, but the head cold I got from the dusty room took any value I felt I received away.

A well-appointed, well-located hotel for doing business or visiting around Buckhead and the Lenox Square area. Very well-trained staff that was very attentive to being helpful in all encounters. Two negatives, one almost inconsequential. The hotel bathroom, while very clean and well appointed, was not as nice as one would have expected given the overall quality of the hotel. Very good hotel staff. Only surprise was a significant price gouge for parking. ...

I thoroughly enjoyed everything here. I was very busy and did not try dining however. The staff was friendly and professional. The entire property was very clean. I was visiting from Maine and it was nice to have everything go so smoothly.
