The room was very clean and nicely decorated. It was also much larger than I expected! The hotel employees were pleasant, attentive and accommodating. Love the location! Will definitely stay here again.
Loved everything about it, from the staff and room to the proximity to shopping and restaurants. I brought my two teenage daughters (who are spoiled by years of Disney resorts) and they were very impressed! Although the hotel is very grand and beautiful, it was really the staff that put our stay over the top. We never had to wait for attention, whether it was the valet staff or the front desk. Every staff member we encountered was eager to please. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Atlanta. ...
