Hotel Guest Reviews of the Grand Hyatt Denver
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.June 12, 2013

The hotel is in a great location for walking around downtown. The valet parking rate was very reasonable. The room was very clean with comfortable beds. The staff was very helpful when we asked for directions and for suggestions of a good restaurant. I will definitely stay at the Grand Hyatt again.

One block walking to 16th Street Mall - very convenient. $10 taxi ride to Pepsi Center was reasonable. Bellman recommended breakfast diner which was excellent.

excellent location for visitors to downtown - excellent health club facilities. Even though the hotel is older, it has above average decor and bathrooms.

Hotel is in the final stages of a complete remodel and it is beautiful. Everyone is going over and above to make sure that your stay is perfect. Our room was great, they provided a bed, and treats for our dog too. While the restaurant is in temporary quarters the meal we had there one evening was one of the best we ate the whole time we were in Denver. The location was great for walking allover downtown. ...
