Overall, we have only complaints about the bed mattress, firstly, our double bed was a 2 bed combined and we were requesting a move which we got but ended up sleeping on a bad quality of sinking bed. Both I and my wife got very sick after staying in this hotel, we are now being treated back home. Got back pains and catching heavy colds since we were not sleeping well. Second complaints, greeting everyone first is great and healthy style of living for any human beings, but if you are employed or looking for a job in any hotel businesses, does not greeting your guest is your primary task in this world of service selling? A smile should be enough, but being ignorant and moreover making enemies kinda look, you are definitely not the person should be posted in the front desk and PIC of the gym. ...

The standard for this hotel is unacceptable, the room cleanliness was disgusting, from cob-webs to hairs in the bathroom, to general dirty housekeeping, and no in house quality control. After refusing 2 rooms because of the conditions, they felt they had done enough by offering an upgrade to a room with a spa, but that was even worse, I just wanted to go somewhere where the room was clean and I could sleep after traveling 23 hrs. The name may be Grand Hyatt but it does nothing for the hotel. ...
