Hotel Guest Reviews of the Grand Hyatt Seattle
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.April 30, 2012

Family Traveling with Teens
Loved this hotel. Our corner room had a small foyer, living room, bedroom, and fabulous bathroom (big, soaking tub, separate shower, attractive marble with granite counter). Electric shades on floor-to-ceiling windows. Two large closets. Flat screen TV's in bedroom and living room. Exceptional staff. My daughter was sick three of the seven days we were there. The staff asked about her when I was in the lobby, sent her a bowl of fruit and a free movie with a nice card. Great view. Terrific location.

Hotel is luxurious in its comfort. The beds allow you sleep well beyond the hour you think it is. Great gym amenities, views worth the upgrade.

This Hyatt put the Hyatt chain into a different luxury category for me. I was anticipating being given a lesser room but I think I got a better room. I am a member of starwood hotels and have never been treated so well at their hotels.
