Easy to get to the airport, but not easy to find.
My room was not clean enough, especially the bathroom and there was no frig.

The air-conditioning was way to low. I froze walking around the hotel.

The staff was courteous, professional, and fun. I enjoyed my interaction with staff.
The room was not up to the level of a four star hotel. It was disappointed when I opened the door.

The staff was extremely responsive and courteous. The hotel room are not what you expect of a four star resort. There is a major renovation underway. The pool was small and had black stains on the bottom.
