The staff was great.
Except for the airport, there is NOTHING around this hotel - no food, dining, shopping.

Great for flying out of the Tampa airport. Great value.

The overall appearance of the hotel was beautiful. It was a little paradise and the staff for the most part was helpful.
I called the hotel before booking and they assured me that transport to cruise terminal would be taken care of which was not the case. The hotel sat on a beautiful reserve but our "Priceline" room (which still cost xxx)faced a ugly parking lot.

Great location close the Tampa International Airport. Scenery is absolutely beautiful and quiet. 4 star hotel and great for family, business and conference.

Disappointed in food quality of room service.

The view and grounds are gorgeous. I'm sorry I didn't have more time to enjoy them. Clean, comfortable room with beautiful bay view. Staff were friendly and professional.

It's more of a sudgestion to make the tv chanel reset a part of the cleaning routine because as soon as I turn on the tv it was on an R rated chanel playing x rated commercials, if my daughther was with me I would have been a very unhappy guest.

I travel frequently and stayed in many hotels and this one has made to my top favorite list. The location was easy to find with my GPS, the hotel can be seen clearly from the HWY and the road that leads to the hotel is pretty memorable but once there the staff makes all the difference there were very welcoming, friendly and hard, helpful and informative, I didn't get a chance to taste their cuisine because I like eating out. I like staying in different hotels for the diffrent experiences and decor but this hotel I look forward to call it home again for a few days. ...read more

Thankyou priceline I like you as much as I enjoyed this hotel. I think the best part was the excellent 4 stars and the convience to the airport.
There is not one thing I did not like about this hotel. If all employees were as nice and helpful as the ones at the Hyatt business would be booming. Of course I imagine that the Hyatt treats their employees well. It makes me want to work there.
