Best Western Premier Grand Plaza Hotel & Convention Center

The number outside the room we stayed, was marked differently. It was in bold white numbers the other rooms on the floor were marked in regularly. That was my first indication something was odd. The inside of the room was okay. The bathroom was not clean at all, I would never stay there again.. The room was dirty and disgusting !!

This hotel is very close to everything, very clean rooms, very nice staff & friendly helpful managers. I will be sure to stay here every time Im in town.

I think this hotel is fine - just not brilliant! They really needs better attention to cleanliness. The rooms are bright and have a nice view, the beds were very comfortable, the staff were very friendly, and the wifi was fast and free. If only they paid a bit more attention to vacuuming and cleaning the rooms this hotel would be great. Hotel website lists valet parking as an "available" perk. It does not mention that there is ONLY valet parking and this adds an additional daily charge to your hotel bill.Front desk staff at 1 a.m. when there was a noise problem and again at morning checkout were rude and inattentive. Even when I asked, they were not willing to print a receipt for my stay saying "priceline already sent you one." I did not (and did not expect to) receive a final receipt from priceline because that site only handles the discount reservation, not added charges from during the stay. ...read more

The breakfast buffet was good, hotel was clean. Large empty spaces made it feel kind of desolate inside. Tiny front desk. Valet guys were friendly and efficient. Housekeeping was prompt to supply additional coffee, towels and luggage racks when requested.
