The hotel was outstanding, great location and the staff on the Club level ( as well as elsewhere) was terrific. It is definitely worth the extra cost to request a Club level room, free full breakfast and free drinks (including alcohol) and a large selection of hot and cold appetizers every day from about ^:30 to 8:30.

I didn't like.
This hotel is at the far end of the promenade on the Kowloon side of Hong Kong. If you have a hotel room with a view of the bay (as we did) you can see the complete Hong Kong Island skyline. Hong Kong is relatively small, I find you can walk almost anywhere, but anyway, taxis are reasonably priced and there is an underground station in walking distance to the hotel that will take you almost anywhere. As in most Asian hotels, the service was exemplary. When we arrived the staff explained that though check out is at 12, if we intend to tour and have a later flight, we should feel free to leave our luggage and use the shower facilities at any time in the hotel fitness rooms. This check-in procedure was very thoughtful and helpful. They also offered a 30% reduction on breakfast for couples if you pre-booked - another fantastic service, since breakfast was over the top and a bargain at that price. They didn't have a non-smoking room in our category available so they upgrades us to a bayside room - with a stellar view. All in all, a really great experience! ...

The hotel was great. A good location in Kowloon and easy for us to get to the airport the next morning for our early flight. My only complaint was that check-in took much longer than it should have. And we weren't even early. I'm not sure what the issue was, but it should never take that long. The rooms there were very nice but small which is what you normally find in Hong Kong. ...
