Hotel Guest Reviews of the Grande Villas Resort
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 10, 2013

Room exceeded expectations. Huge room, great bed and good kitchen. Had the two bedroom place, with free wifi. Great homebase area located in the heart of tourist stuff and restaurants.

Room was very clean. Location was awesome. Right across from Disney and really close to Universal. We did not get an updated room but it was still nice. Beds slept well. I have a bad back and this is critical. There were a lot of people at the pool smoking even though they are not supposed to. All tubs and sinks did not drain well. Otherwise a nice stay. I would recommend. Cannot beat the room for the price. I have 4 kids ages 4, 9, 12, 13, and 15. Plenty of room. ...

The only downside is there is no daily housekeeping service, so they do towel exchanges every Tuesday and Thursday. They do do provide a few cleaning supplies in the closet. The grounds are kept really well, nice pool, small playground, and mini golf course which is perfect for kids.

This is a good property and is close to the Walt Disney World resort. The property did not have our priceline reservation when we checked in, so we weren't able to check in for a few hours. Also, it's a timeshare property. Even though the advertise as a 3 star hotel, you won't be provided with daily housekeeping. I had to call to ask for more toilet paper and shampoo for the room. The staff was rude and seemed upset I would ask. (I guess they thought I would know to bring my own.) They did not send it the first time I called so I had to call again. I wish they had shared these details in the "hotel" description so I would have known before booking. ...

The check in process is horrible!! Besides the fact that they try to sell you timeshares it literally took us 2 hours to check each time we used this hotel. The rooms are all suites, we enjoyed the room and freedom of the one bedroom apartment feel.
