Once we finally got our room it was a very nice stay.
When I got there to check in at 11pm my two bed room was not available. They offered me a one bed. After 45 min and me not leaving the counter they put me up in another room.

I am somewhat familiar with the location and a truly pleasurable stay. Room was more than I expected and staff was well above par.
no complaints at all and impressed with free parking and security
lots to do in the area with great restaurants and pubs. highly recommended!

location to Ford Field and surrounding area. We had stayed at another casino hotel in Detroit before and there was no place you could walk to from it. The Greektown Casino Hotel was near other bars, restaurants and clubs, so you could have some variety.

Great location in downtown Detroit - close to stadiums, restaurants and nightlife.
The room looked nice but did not feel very private. Noise from the hallway was louder than most hotels and the bathrooms offered little privacy(with respect to noise).

perfect location for what we were interested in and the staff was very polite and helpful.
lost money at the casino!!!
very friendly staff, clean rooms, close to Ford Field and our favorite restaurant, Fishbones. We were within walking distance to everything we wanted and when we weren't in the mood for walking, the staff was very helpful in getting us a cab or whatever we needed to get to our events.

Room with an excellent view, plus free breakfast buffet pass.
A bit of a long walk to other Detroit locations, such as the GM building.
Excellently designed and clean room, with a beautiful view of Detroit (and Canada across the river).
