Hotel Guest Reviews of the Greenbelt Marriott
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.Sort by: All Travelers | Business Traveler(16) | Solo Traveler(12) | Traveling as Couple(14) | Family with Young Children(7) | Family with Teens(7) | Group Traveler(2)

The comfortable beds and the front desk staff was very helpful
They do not offer free wifi, the phone lines were not working in the room upon check-in and it was like pulling teeth to get housekeeping to bring towels and blankets

The hotel location was excellent, for where I needed to go, the staff was great, the hotel has alot of amenities for a family to enjoy at no added cost.
The hotel does not have microwaves in the room, which is a little inconveinent, the only micowave was down in the lobby. Its a little bit of a strain for a mom with young children. The room had a slight mold smell.
Great for business travelers. Great for a family local parks close buy. Swimming pool!! Close to alot of great inexpensive food choices! Just missed the microwave in room....:(

For the most part....yes, I had a good experience
When I checked in, all of the associates had logged off, as a result it took them quite a bit of time to check me in

i DID NOT KNOW THAT I HAVE TO PAY SEPARATE THE USING OF INTERNET IN THE ROOM. THE SMALL REFRIGERATOR WAS EMPTY.

Good clean rooms. BUT NO HOT WATER for bathing!
There was NO hot water! I could not take a shower before I went to church on Easter Sunday! I called down to front desk and was told that an engineer would be up to my room to see what the problem was, and no one ever arrived!
Make sure they compensate you for the inconvience of hotel malfunctions! I was offered nothing for my not being able to bath because I booked through Priceline and not Marriot. Eventhough I paid my money!

We were on the 7th floor and a large group had just checked in. We asked the front desk where the stairs were located so we would use them. There is no access to stairs from the lobby. They begin on the 2nd floor. Bizarre or what?
Starbucks is part of the hotel. Very friendly front staff; CLEAN!
