Guesthouse Inn & Suites- Osage Beach

Make sure you mapquest the location before trying to find this great accommodation. The roads are confusing due to a new 4 lane cutting right through the middle of town and making the old highway where this hotel is located divided into many, many sections. Otherwise a great place to stay.

Rooms clean. Bed comfortable. Loved that they didnt have tacky bedspreads. Nice clean white bedding. Everyone very nice. Would stay there again.

Very nice atmosphere, made you feel at home. Very clean, affordable. It was perfect for a weekend get away. The Outlet Mall was only a couple miles down the road. It sits a ways off the main road so you do not have the traffic noise. Owners are down to earth, good people.

We had a great experience at this hotel. The owners also run the front desk and breakfast area. They were so nice and friendly (Mom, Dad and daughter). My husband also spoke with one of their workers alot, who also liked working for the family. We got into town 4-5 hrs early and the lady at the front desk switched some rooms around and got us right in. Which was great! This was a great deal for the money. The place was clean and had an indoor pool. They are currently adding an outdoor pool and water slide. The sheets were not the old blankets like most hotels. They had real sheets with a comforter which was nice. The breakfast was terrific and you got a lot of choices. It was a hot breakfast with sausage, pancakes, biscuits, gravy, etc. The owners were so nice and helpful. We would stay there again if we are in Osage Beach. ...read more

Cheap rated foods served on breakfast. Staff are good. Not worth for rate.

Staff was friendly and understanding. Gave us a bunch of extra towels for the beach. The view s good and the hotel is in a perfect location.
