Guesthouse International Hotel

The rooms were big full of what was needed such as a hairdryer, iron, coffeemaker, etc. The TV was a bit old (not a flat screen). The pillows were comfy and the bed was ok. Not bad considering the price. I would return. Staff was very friendly. My friend booked the room next to mine and said that a very loud train came by (I didn't notice the train tracks till we were leaving, plus I guess I didn't hear it), and it woke him. ...read more

I plan to visit again, when a good band is playing at the club, I don't want to drink and drive, that's saving enough. I will ask for a better room location next visit.

The common areas were great, hotel staff is friendly and helpful, I like that it's close to the freeway yet our room was quiet.

The outside of the hotel is poorly lit. they gave me a room with somebody sleeping inside so i don't think the staff is knowledgeable about their work. and they charged my card again
and I'm having a hard time getting the refund.

I booked this hotel because of the reasonable price and the convenience for me to attend a funeral less than 2 miles away the next morning. The hotel beds were too bouncy. The room could use and new flat screen TV, We could not really see the fuzzy dark picture on TV and upon changing channels, some station were blaring loud and some you barely hear it. Room was great, roomy, and next to the pool. Will recommend to my friends, but I just didn't like the workers remodeling the rooms next door and they were making too much noise and we couldn't sleep, so we need another free night stay.
