The gentleman at the front desk, was so friendly and welcoming, we arrived early for check in but was able to find a room.
The air conditioning in the room didn't seem to be cooling right, the spa was never open, vague info for restaurants and attractions were

Overall, the hotel accommodations were very good. However, the stairs at the entrance made it difficult carting our luggage in and out. The front desk clerks were very welcoming, but oftentimes, they seemed irritated with questions about the area and hotel.
