IT HAD A CULTURAL FEEL TO IT.
IT WAS NOT IN WALKING DISTANCE TO THE LIVELY AREAS OF TOWN(5TH AVE AND THE BEACH)

NICE HOTEL. GREAT STAFF. GOOD BREAKFAST BUFFET. NICE ROOMS. NICE APPEARANCE. IN GUARDED COMMUNITY. NEGATIVES 15-20 MINUTE WALK TO DOWNTOWN AND BEACH AREA.

Stunning room decor, exemplary staff, extensive spa, high quality, just hard to find.

It would be great for spa and golf.
It was completely out of the way and unaccessible to the beach.

This hotel is for people who like to stay put in a gated community. It is beautiful old style Mexico but not convenient for the traveler without a car.

This hotel is beautiful. The free breakfast buffet is great.
This hotel charges extra for using: room save, pool and spa, internet.

This hotel is strange. It is a beautiful hotel, with beautiful architecture. It is extremely clean. My room was small but nicely appointed. The free breakfast buffet is great. The hotel is located on the side of a golf course. It is a $5 cab ride to the beach or town. The hotel lobby is difficult to find at first. The hotel has no bellman so I had to haul the luggage up the steps myself. Very few people were staying at this hotel. The hotel charges extra for about everything: room safe, pool, internet, access to their beach area, but provides a great breakfast buffet, free. Beautiful tile work and lovely design. Helpful and friendly staff.
Poor plumbing. Poor soundproofing.

Private and public spaces are beautiful and the reception and breakfast buffet staff are excellent. Unfortunately, maintenance of the facilities is not sufficient, so slow drains, inconsistent hot water availability, and noisy pipes are plumbing problems.
