The hotel was lovely. We had three rooms - for five people - and each one was comfortable, beautifully decorated, and charming. I'd highly recommend this hotel - especially for anyone wanting to be near family in Haddonfield. HOWEVER, PRICELINE SCREWED UP THE RESERVATION FOR THIS HOTEL, APPARENTLY BY NOT REALIZING THAT THE ROOMS WE HAD BOOKED ONLINE WERE ALREADY BOOKED - AND BY NOT INFORMING THE HOTEL OF THIS PROBLEM FOR WEEKS. TWO DAYS BEFORE WE WERE SUPPOSED TO GO PRICELINE FINALLY INFORMED US OF THE PROBLEM. AT THAT POINT I GOT ON THE PHONE WITH THE HOTEL DIRECTLY AND SOLVED THE PROBLEM; FORTUNATELY THEY HAD THREE ROOMS AVAILABLE TO ACCOMMODATE US - AT A HIGHER PRICE! THE HOTEL GAVE US A DISCOUNT ON THE THIRD ROOM FOR THE FIRST NIGHT BUT WE HAD TO PAY FULL-PRICE FOR THE SECOND NIGHT. ALTOGETHER, IT COULD HAVE BEEN A DISASTER. ...read more
