closeness to airport
Asked for wakeup call - didn't get. Asked for shuttle - wouldn't call until we were in lobby - took cab.
Staff at front desk was poor. Didn't even seem upset or sorry for not making wakeup call on time - had forgotten about daylight savings time change.
