Cleanliness.
Booked because of pool for kids & they could not get gate unlocked so kids stuck in room.
I was on business & chose this hotel so my kids could enjoy the pool. They could not get gate unlocked, but said it would be unlocked the next morning. It was not. They promised again to get it unlocked. it was never unlocked before our check out time.

Lobby was cozy and nice! Bed was very comfortable and clean.
Carpet looked dated and had a not so clean feel to it...in the room.
We were pleasantly surprised. The bed was comfy, the lobby was really nice. We were happy with our choice. The atmosphere all around was very nice. If we had to change one thing it would be the carpet in the room, but that may just be a personal preference.
