We stayed in the king suite, this room was so big compared to any other hotel we've ever stayed at. We took our toddler with us ans were afraid she would get fussy because it would be cramped, but it was the complete opposite.
On our why to this hotel, we took a wrong turn and got lost. I called the hotel to ask for directions Nd the staff member stayed on the phone until we got there. The absolute best customer service!!

Very nice facility with friendly staff (very accommodating) and the breakfast is a really nice feature.
If I had to make a negative comment, I would say that the 3rd floor hallway was very warm, but our room was nice and cool.
Again, it's a nice, clean facility. The beds are comfortable and the room was nice and cool on a hot summer day/night. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make sure that I didn't need anything.

It was one of the nicest hotels I have stayed at this year. Would stay again.
I really have nothing bad to say about this hotel.
This was a very nice hotel, very comfortable, close to every thing we needed I would recommend it to any one going to stay in Birmingham Al. I will sure use it next time.
