Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hampton Inn And Suites Downtown Chicago
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.April 15, 2013

Hot tub was extremely hot. Could only put our feet in it. Others complained too. Other than that, this hotel was above our expectations for the price. Breakfast had something for everyone. Breakfast is spread through out 3 rooms so make sure you wander becauses we missed the waffle station the first morning. Customer service was outstanding. Valet parking attendants were super-friendly, so was front desk staff. Called up to our room shortly after check-in to see if we needed anything. We will stay here again in a heartbeat. ...

Central location, a block away from the subway, 24hr coffee/tea, free breakfast. Had a suite which was very nice and roomy. Upon check-in, I indicated I was there for a birthday trip. The manager was helping us and asked if what kind of cake I like and she had chocolate cake sent up to my room on the house! It was very good too. Only drawbacks were the one time we were going to use the pool it was closed unexpectedly and the fire station is next door so the sirens were loud but never woke us up at all. Very good experience. ...

My family and I travel to Chicago very often and have stayed in the Hilton and Blackstone. Both very nice hotels, but you get more for your money at the Hampton. Great staff, great restaurant s,nice rooms and the largest Free breakfast selection I have seen. The more expensive hotels did not offer that....all around fantastic hotel!!!! We will come again.

Very nice restaurant attached to the lobby so when weather was cold and windy out it was a great end to our evening. Swimming pool and hot tub was also very enjoyable for the whole family.

The staff was amazing. Marcus and Rich at the front desk were incredibly helpful. They even printed directions to help us navigate the city when we first arrived. Everyone was very polite. The continental breakfast had lots of choices, and the breakfast area was peaceful and relaxing. I'm OCD and germaphobic, and even I couldn't complain about the cleanliness of the hotel. Even the public bathrooms were taken care of well. The lobby is gorgeous. The elevators are nice. The valet parking really helped because we didn't have to worry about the car at all during our stay. The hotel's location is perfect because it is right in the middle of everything. It doesn't take very long to get anywhere from this location. ...
