Hampton Inn And Suites East Hartford

Being from Boston, I frequent the Cape Cod area hotels and am VERY accustomed to the hotel/motel providing a microwave and mini-fridge in the room. Especially since there is no restaurant at the site, it was rather inconvenient for me not to have those amenities available inside the room.

Hotel was clean and quiet. Rooms were comfortable. Breakfast was excellent.

We have stayed here multiple times while visiting Hartford for UConn games. It is always clean and has friendly. Professional staff.

Outstanding employees right down to housekeeping and breakfast staff. Rooms and bathrooms are very clean. Breakfast has something for everyone including healthy options. Easy walk to local attractions.

As with most Hampton Inns, the complementary breakfast was very good. However, on the weekends, when the hotel was very busy, the staff was unable to keep up with the demand.

We were attending a wedding reception at a nearby park, and the hotel was in a very good location for us to get to quickly and relax after a long day of travel and visiting. Our experience was very good. From the time we got there, till we left after the amazing breakfast in the morning. Thank you.

We checked into the hotel (fast check in was great) and waited for one of the two elevators to take us up to our floor. We waited about 3-5 minutes until the elevator became available. As the door opened, several staff came out laughing, hooting and hollering. They were part of the janitorial and housekeeping staff (assuming this based on their uniforms). They had apparently pressed all the floor's buttons before they got off the elevator and were laughing and joking about it. It took forever for us to get up to our room. Awesome hotel .

Friendly staff, able to provide restaurant menus for delivery to hotel on a late Saturday night. Good location near highway, easy on and off. Room was great.

This hotel was the best I have ever stayed at. It was very clean and I felt comfortable to sleep in the bed.
