The room was kept really clean and the staff was helpful. And it was located only a few minutes from a lot of different stuff.
Nothing really, the pool and workout room was small but we weren't there for that.

Very clean and comfortable, great continental breakfast, and staff was very pleasant and friendly.
Outdated decor.

I was pleasantly surprised with the comfortable bed and flat screen TV. The room was very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was a nice variety of choices at the continental breakfast. Although the hotel could use some updating, it was a very good value for the money.

Did not like hidden charges for parking and transfers.

Do not choose this hotel for cruising, they charge for daily parking while you are away and they charge for transfers to the port.

uninformed staff for attractions, services, bus schedules

we called 5 times for a shuttle from the docks - the staff did not give good description of the vans coming - were not marked with Hampton Inn, just orange/white - had to take a cab after waiting 1.75 hrs to be picked up. We were not compensated or made to feel satisfied. The staff was not helpful giving directions for taking buses, no schedules were available and stop was right outside of the hotel. The pool was listed as heated and was freezing. Smoker sat right by the pool where we were sitting. The breakfast was good with make your own waffles - best part of our stay. ...read more
